A report from Pando Networks ranks Comcast’s download speed as being the fastest in the nation among major ISP’s. Other details from the report include the fact that the State of Rhode Island has the highest download speed and the town of Andover Mass. ranks as being city or town with the fastest download speed based on income. This further proves that Comcast’s investments on the backbone are starting to pay off and will continue to do moving forward into the future.
